Salesforce Consultant

We’re growing and need a skilled Salesforce Consultant to take on project delivery and own client relationships from kickoff through go-live and beyond. This is a delivery-first role - you’ll be hands-on in the platform every day and leading your projects as the primary point of contact. On most engagements you’ll be the lead consultant; on larger or more complex projects, a senior consultant steps in to support and guide. We have a structured onboarding progression where you’ll work alongside experienced consultants before running your own projects, so you’re set up to succeed from the start., * Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations - discovery, configuration, testing, training, go-live

• Own client relationships throughout the project lifecycle and post-go-live
• Configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products to meet client requirements
• Build and maintain declarative automations using Flow - this is your primary build tool
• Document business requirements, solution designs, and user-facing training materials
• Evaluate, implement, and configure AppExchange solutions to extend Salesforce functionality for clients
• Manage all aspects of project delivery as the client-facing lead - you drive the project with the team behind you
• Collaborate with the team on internal process improvements and delivery methodology

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience, ideally in a consulting or SI environment
• 3+ active Salesforce certifications are required
• Understanding of platform customization, integrations, and automation using tools such as Flow and Apex
• Strong written communication - your documentation and follow-ups should be clear and professional
• Experience across multiple Salesforce products - Sales Cloud and Service Cloud are the core focus
• Experience loading data into Salesforce
• Comfortable owning the full project lifecycle as the client-facing lead, backed by a collaborative team

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote setting, * Experience in manufacturing, construction, or other field-service industries
• Familiarity with ERP integrations (Epicor, QuickBooks, Procore, or similar)
• Agentforce awareness - understanding what it can do and where it adds value for clients in the Built Industry
• Additional advanced certifications
• Background working in a small team or boutique SI environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred
