Clinical Front-End Specialist (Spanish)

This person will be responsible for scheduling, obtaining insurance benefits, verification of eligibility status, and assist with authorizations over the phone and online:

• Collecting accurate demographics, accurate data entry;
• Scheduling appointments over the phone;
• Scanning electronic records, and
• Performing any other duties necessary to provide efficient, timely services to the patients, their families, and providers.

Must have recent medical office front end experience (within 2 years). If you do not have this, we will not consider your application.

If you are not bilingual (Spanish speaker), you will not be considered., * Must be reliable, energetic, friendly, flexible, and hard-working.

• Must have at least two years of experience working in this role at a medical office. Be able to start ASAP.
• Lifestyle friendly schedule Mon, Wed, Thurs 7:30 - 530. Tues and Fri 7:30 - 12:30
• Preferred Software Experience with Intergy.
