Job description
- Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications using Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Lead and support Angular framework upgrades and migration efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, subcontractors, and geographically dispersed team members to deliver mission-focused solutions.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation roadmaps.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), service level objectives (SLOs), and other metrics to support continuous improvement.
- Contribute to software architecture, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Support integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment activities across the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure software solutions meet security, performance, and scalability requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience developing web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
- Demonstrated experience performing Angular framework migrations and upgrades.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Experience establishing and tracking KPIs, SLOs, and operational metrics.
- Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI eligibility.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments or Agile Release Trains.
- Experience with Java and/or Python development.
- Familiarity with geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) systems or visualization applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
