Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud Architect with strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CDK and Terraform. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud solutions, while driving automation and modernization initiatives. This is a fully remote role within the United States., * Architect and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.

Design and manage Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK and Terraform.
Lead cloud migration, modernization, and automation projects.
Collaborate with DevOps, engineering, and security teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Establish and enforce cloud governance, compliance, and security best practices.
Optimize cloud performance and costs through monitoring and automation.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams.
Stay updated on emerging AWS services and IaC tools.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with at least 4 years focused on AWS.
Proven expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudFront, IAM, VPC, etc.).
Strong hands-on experience with AWS CDK and Terraform for Infrastructure-as-Code.
Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline design and automation frameworks.
Solid understanding of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments.
Strong communication and leadership skills., * AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional (or equivalent certifications).
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK stack).
Experience in hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
Knowledge of cost optimization strategies for AWS workloads.
