Job description

Technical Implementation & Development: Build, configure, and deploy AI models, automation workflows, and commercial software solutions based on architected designs.
System Integration: Connect disparate business systems. Build robust API integrations, manage databases, and ensure seamless data flow between client platforms (CRMs, ERPs, etc.) and AI tools.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute rigorous implementation test plans. Conduct system validation, troubleshoot technical bugs, and resolve all issues prior to production deployment.
Deployment & Migration: Support cloud application deployments, handle complex data migrations, and ensure a smooth technical transition to the new systems.
Technical Support & Optimization: Monitor system performance post-launch. Troubleshoot backend challenges, optimize AI prompts/models for better accuracy, and maintain system health.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is highly technical, detail-oriented, and loves building seamless backend systems. You are comfortable writing code, configuring complex automation workflows, working with APIs, and ensuring that our AI implementations are secure, tested, and highly optimized., * Highly technical problem-solver who enjoys heads-down building and coding.

Deeply understands data structures, APIs, and system architecture.
Detail-oriented, ensuring that integrations don’t just work, but are error-proof and scalable.
Can collaborate effectively with Solution Architects to understand the “why” behind the technical build.
Takes pride in writing clean logic, building secure integrations, and delivering flawless technical execution.

Preferred Experience

3+ years in software engineering, technical implementation, API development, or ML engineering.
Hands-on experience with API integrations, webhooks, and automation platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n).
Experience with Python, Node.js, or similar languages used for scripting and backend integrations.
Familiarity with implementing and fine-tuning AI models, LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), and working with vector databases.
Experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
