Solutions Specialist

• Troubleshoot Linux, storage, hardware, and networking issues
• Support customers through our ticketing system
• Configure and support Linux and ZFS storage solutions
• Work directly with customers to solve technical challenges
• Document solutions and improve support resources
• Collaborate with an experienced technical team

45Drives is looking for a Solutions Specialist to support customers using our high-performance open-source storage systems. Whether you’re an experienced Linux administrator or an IT graduate with strong technical skills, we’d love to hear from you., * IT-related education or equivalent experience
