Senior Java Backend Developer - Banking/Finance domain required

We’re looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer with strong experience building high-performance, low-latency, real-time backend systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with multithreading, concurrency, and modern AI-assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code., · Design, develop, deploy, and support components of an Investment Book of Records (IBOR) platform.

· Build scalable, low-latency backend services for real-time investment data processing.

· Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Tech Leads, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

· Leverage AI tools throughout the SDLC for code generation, refactoring, testing, debugging, documentation, and production support.

· Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and engineering best practices.

Nice-to-Have Skills

· Spring WebFlux / Reactive Programming

· Apache Kafka or other event-driven messaging platforms

· WebSockets

· Performance testing (JMeter or similar)

· Kubernetes, Docker, AWS

· 12+ years of Java development experience (Java 11+; current environment is Java 21)

· Strong Core Java fundamentals

· Multithreading, Concurrency, and Low-Latency System Design

· Spring Framework & Spring Boot

· REST API development

· Experience building scalable, high-performance backend services

· Experience working with real-time data processing

· Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar GenAI tools
