Job description

Lead and contribute to Java Full Stack application development.
Drive Java/Spring Boot backend development and QA Automation using Selenium and Cucumber.
Support AWS ECS to EKS/Kubernetes migration and containerization initiatives.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact, providing regular updates to client stakeholders.
Manage priorities, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Must have: Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI)., We are seeking a hands-on Java Full Stack Tech Lead who will actively contribute to development while leading both Java engineering and QA automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills, experience with cloud modernization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment., * Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Full Stack Development.

Experience with Selenium and Cucumber for test automation.
Experience with AWS ECS/EKS, Kubernetes, or container migration projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in an Agile environment., * Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI).
Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments.
Proven experience leading technical teams while remaining an active hands-on developer.
