Job description

We are seeking a Digital Shelf Analyst to support a leading eCommerce team. This role is responsible for managing product content, ensuring data accuracy, and improving product visibility across online retail and marketplace platforms. Strong experience with Salsify is required., * Manage product content including images, descriptions, and digital assets

  • Ensure accurate and consistent product data across retailer platforms
  • Support content syndication to retail partners using Salsify
  • Monitor product visibility, ratings, and reviews
  • Perform data validation, audits, and quality checks
  • Analyze large datasets using Excel and resolve data issues
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, data, and retail teams
  • Maintain high-quality, professional deliverables
  • Manage timelines and multiple priorities effectively

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salsify (PIM, workflows, syndication)
  • Experience managing large product datasets and data governance
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and validation
  • Understanding of data flows and system integrations (no coding required)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital shelf or eCommerce environments
  • Experience with online retail platforms or product content management

Benefits & conditions

$32 - $35 an hour - Contract
