Job description

We are seeking a Software Developer (Microsoft Power Platform) to develop and maintain business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform within the VAEC framework for the VA OAA Data Management Center (DMC). In this role, you will support the DMC portfolio of Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI reports, and SharePoint integrations, ensuring all solutions comply with VA governance, security, and active umbrella ATO requirements (FIPS 199 Moderate)., * Develop and maintain business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform within the VAEC framework

  • Support the DMC portfolio of Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI reports, and SharePoint integrations
  • Develop Power BI reports and dashboards using existing Power BI Service licenses, deployed Report Server, gateway, and designated workspace
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with SQL databases, SharePoint, and custom .NET applications
  • Maintain and support the DMC SharePoint environment and public-facing OAA website components
  • Ensure Power Platform solutions comply with VA governance, security, and active umbrella ATO requirements (FIPS 199 Moderate)
  • Support user testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of low-code solutions
  • Document application logic, workflows, and data dependencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; no equivalencies accepted
  • 4+ years of experience developing solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Proven experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Experience with SQL databases and SharePoint integration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications
  • Familiarity with VA ATO requirements

Eligibility:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal Public Trust clearance for this role

Salary Range: $105,000 - $145,000.
