Job description

  • Support the development of digitalization and automation solutions under the guidance of senior team members to meet project and organizational objectives.
  • Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
  • Develop simple Python scripts and basic automation tools to improve engineering and project management processes.
  • Support the creation of data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track project performance and key metrics.
  • Learn and apply understanding of EPC project lifecycles to identify potential digitalization and automation opportunities.
  • Assist in analyzing existing business processes and documenting improvement or automation opportunities.
  • Contribute to workflow automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Help maintain and enhance automated reporting solutions for project KPIs, cost tracking, and scheduling.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technical upskilling related to digital tools and platforms.
  • Support Project Information Management Functions but not limited to configuration and implementation of Engineering Datawarehouse (Aveva Engineering & ISM)
  • Perform Data validation checks and Flag inconsistencies to Engineering and resolve the inconsistencies.
  • Perform regular data exchange functions and maintain the same during the course of the project
  • Configuration and Implementation of Tag and Data progress measurement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior work experience required.
  • Basic exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) through coursework, self-learning, or internships.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Python programming and scripting concepts.
  • Strong interest in digitalization, automation, and data-driven problem-solving.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in a project-based environment.
  • Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
