Integration Challenges: A significant part of the integration involves moving Client s product and work to client s quality system, requiring remediation, documentation, patches, and bug fixes due to startup background.
Requirements
Experience Level: They are looking for a mid-level engineer (around 5 years of experience) but are open to junior or senior candidates who can perform the necessary engineering work and documentation Location: Carlsbad, CA Onsite. Will consider someone willing to do 3 on / 2 off, but the more onsite the better. It is a small team at this location. Process: 1 panel interview over Teams (60 Min.) Project Details: Musts: C/C++, Embedded / Firmware developer, who is comfortable doing some testing as well MUST be comfortable in an Agile environment. Scope of day-to-day work can change. Medical Device is A HUGE plus. Class III Implantable is bullseye ( Neurostimulators ) and 62304, Desired Experience: Ideal candidates should have experience in the medical device industry (especially Class III implantable devices like neurostimulators), understand quality management systems (QMS), and be familiar with remediation processes (e.g., IEC 62304). Technical Skills: Required technical skills include C/C++ embedded development, unit/integration/verification testing, and familiarity with microcontrollers
