Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP BDC / SAP Datasphere Solution Architect to lead the migration of SAP HANA Sidecar to SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) / SAP Datasphere. The ideal candidate will drive solution architecture, migration strategy, stakeholder management, integration, governance, and performance optimization while working closely with business and technical teams.

Requirements

12+ years of SAP Architecture and Data Platform experience.
5+ years of SAP Datasphere / SAP Data Warehouse Cloud experience.
Hands-on experience migrating SAP HANA to SAP Datasphere.
Strong expertise in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CAR, and SAP SLT.
Experience with SQLScript, Data Modeling, Semantic Layer Design, and Performance Tuning.
Strong knowledge of Talend Integration, APIs, OData, JDBC/ODBC, and Databricks integration.
Experience in architecture governance, migration planning, capacity planning, and enterprise data security.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Retail, Grocery, Supply Chain, or Distribution domain experience is preferred.
