IT support

Provide first and second-line technical support to on-site and remote employees. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and peripherals. Respond to and resolve IT service issues and requests in a timely and professional manner. Manage user accounts, including setup for new starters and modifications for existing staff. Diagnose and solve hardware and software faults, and perform equipment repairs or replacements. Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and manage equipment procurement. Assist in the roll-out of new applications, systems, and technological upgrades. Develop and maintain IT documentation, including procedures and user guides. Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.
