Job description

TRC is seeking a skilled Programmer/Application Developer to design, develop, and support business applications and automation solutions. This role focuses on creating high-quality software tools, streamlining business processes, and integrating enterprise data systems using Microsoft technologies and modern programming languages., * Develop and maintain applications using C#, C++, Python, and related technologies.

  • Design and support solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Create and maintain custom tools and workflows to improve business processes.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, data integrations, and reporting solutions.
  • Design user-friendly applications and business process flows.
  • Integrate data across enterprise systems, including SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Azure.
  • Apply software engineering best practices, object-oriented programming (OOP), and software design principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and enhance existing applications and automation workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Associate’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience may be considered.
  • 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of SQL databases, including queries, joins, and data relationships.
  • Understanding of data modeling and enterprise system integration.
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Azure.
  • Strong technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business requirements.

Additional Information

  • Candidates must be willing to participate in an interview process and complete a technical coding assessment.
  • Internship experience may be considered when relevant to the role.
