Shelter System Project Manager

• Lead special projects that improve shelter flow, client outcomes, and system accountability
• Manage the CoC Rapid Exit program and run a daily briefing to track progress, troubleshoot barriers, and surface trends
• Train and support shelter partners to connect clients to appropriate exit pathways and follow rapid-exit metrics
• Coordinate with community stakeholders and Housing Solutions’ Unit Acquisition Team to link housing-ready residents to fair-market units
• During crisis events (e.g., severe winter weather), coordinate community-wide emergency shelter operations, including temporary spaces, supplies, and staffing

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 4+ years of progressive experience in housing/healthcare/homelessness/social services
• 2+ years in project management or cross-system coordination
• HMIS and performance management experience; strong communication and MS Office skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and must live within a commutable distance to Tulsa, OK
