Job description

We are seeking a Senior Lead Developer to lead the design, development, modernization, testing, and deployment of enterprise applications supporting mission-critical business systems., * Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise applications.

  • Lead development efforts for modernization initiatives.
  • Develop Power Platform solutions and custom .NET applications.
  • Perform code reviews and mentor developers.
  • Support CI/CD, DevSecOps, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Maintain technical documentation and configuration artifacts.Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with Government standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 8+ years of software development experience.Strong experience with Microsoft technologies and full software development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications.Experience supporting Federal Government IT programs.

Technical Environment

.NET/C#, SQL Server, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure Government, Azure DevOps, CI/CD.
