Job description

  • Own day-to-day IT support (onsite/remote)
  • Partner with managed IT + vendors (network, devices, apps, access)
  • Manage user lifecycle: onboard/offboard, accounts, permissions, equipment
  • Admin key systems: M365 + core business apps; standardize across locations
  • Keep security tight: policies, training, backups/DR, security improvements
  • Lead improvements: projects, documentation, user training, AI/automation pilots

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of IT Support
  • Experience with a variety of technologies - network equipment, servers, wireless access points, etc.
  • Comfort in a Microsoft Environment including Windows 11 laptops / desktops, and Microsoft 365
  • Prior experience with asset management, commissioning, and decommissioning equipment
