Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Systems Engineer (SE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and leadership in systems engineering, with a proven track record in similar roles or contracts.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze user requirements and lead design and development activities
  • Provide technical leadership and ensure the technical integrity of work and deliverables
  • Develop technical and system documentation
  • Plan system development and interact with government officials
  • Review and approve system engineering documentation
  • Conduct quantitative analysis and provide technical direction for complex hardware/software systems
  • Develop and integrate solutions for Big Data analytics and malware analysis

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity required
  • Demonstrated experience in Scrum methodologies and/or Agile frameworks
  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field

  • Five (5) years of relevant experience can substitute for a Bachelor’s degree

Bonus Points if you have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and manage design and development activities
  • Proficient in developing technical documentation and system planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with government officials
  • Proven ability to review and approve system engineering documentation

Clearance:

Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance
