Clinical Applications Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a Clinical Applications Solutions Specialist to support the design, development, and optimization of clinical workflows within our various Clinical Applications, with particular emphasis on our Electronic Health Record (EHR) AthenaOne. This role will report to the Manager, Clinical Applications Solutions and serve as a key contributor in identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements that enhance clinical and operational performance., * Analyze clinical workflows and identify opportunities for improvement within AthenaOne

• Build and configure solutions to support optimized end-to-end workflows
• Act as a subject matter expert on Clinical Applications tools including AI-native encounter, Population Intelligence, and Quality tools
• Collaborate with clinical staff to gather requirements and validate solutions
• Support evaluation and implementation of Athena Marketplace tools or third-party vendors
• Assist in developing job aids, SOPs, and training materials
• Conduct training sessions (virtual or in-person) for clinical and operational stakeholders
• Stay current on product releases and ensure team readiness for new features of all supported Clinical Applications
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to change management processes
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives across clinical teams

• Minimum of 2-4 years working with Electronic Health Records, preferably AthenaOne
• Experience supporting clinical workflows, process improvement, or application configuration

• Exposure to healthcare operations or care coordination environments preferred

• Technical & Regulatory Knowledge:

• Working knowledge of AthenaOne workflows and functionality
• Basic understanding of healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, MIPS, HEDIS)

• Familiarity with clinical documentation tools and care management workflows
