IT Systems & Network Administrator

• Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure
• Solid networking background including Cisco environments, VPNs, DNS/DHCP, and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting SQL environments and overall system performance
• Ability to handle escalated support issues while contributing to long-term infrastructure improvements
