IT Infrastructure Administrator

• 4+ years in systems, infrastructure, or advanced IT support

• Experience across:

• Windows environments, Active Directory, M365

• Core networking (DNS/DHCP, routing, firewalls)

• Cloud platforms and virtualization

• Ability to juggle multiple environments and deadlines effectively

• Strong grasp of security fundamentals and risk mitigation

• Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
