Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT, including a minimum of 2 years in API development and integrations, using leading methodologies and processes.

  • 2+ years of experience providing production support to critical enterprise systems.

  • Strong experience on troubleshooting issues, identifying root cause, and providing resolution in a quick manner to minimize any loss of data or functionality in production.

  • 2+ years’ experience with Splunk/Mulesoft Anypoint monitoring/Dynatrace or similar logging and monitoring tools.

  • 2+ years’ experience with ServiceNow or other incident management tool, and knowledge on incident and change management processes.

  • 2+ years’ experience working with the MuleSoft platform as a Developer.

  • Hands on experience in MuleSoft features like DataWeave, API designer and various Connectors to ensure robust and loosely coupled integration layer.

  • Good experience in using Mulesoft features like Filters, Flow Control, Collection Splitters, Aggregators, Scatter-Gather etc.

  • Experience with designing API proxies and REST APIs using API Management platform, and knowledge on all Mulesoft API Manager policies.

  • Excellent communication skills required to communicate issues and resolution to all stakeholders effectively.

  • Ability to work independently and work in a team in a collaborative fashion.

  • Experience with a wide variety of continuous integration and source control tools.

  • Knowledge of API security including OIDC and OAuth2.0 concept

  • Understand the fundamentals of DevSecOps CI/CD pipeline.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership.

Other:

  • MuleSoft Certifications is a plus.

  • Experience with HL7 and FHIR highly preferred.

  • Healthcare domain experience, Enterprise, Legacy application integration experience is a plus.

  • Experience with API/microservices development using Java/Spring boot is desirable.
