Job description

  • Lead functional design, implementation, and support for Oracle Core HR, US Payroll, and OTL modules.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions and best practices.
  • Configure Core HR, Payroll, and OTL components, including Enterprise Structures, Payroll Elements, Balances, Costing, Fast Formulas, Time Rules, and Approval Workflows.
  • Drive requirement workshops, CRP, SIT, UAT, payroll parallel testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
  • Provide guidance on US payroll processing, taxation, compliance, and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, OTBI/BIP reporting, and data conversion(HDL) activities.
  • Act as the primary functional advisor for clients and business stakeholders.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot application issues, manage enhancements, and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Coordinate quarterly Oracle Cloud release impact assessments and testing activities.
  • Manage Oracle SRs, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and change management processes.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to solution reviews, governance, and continuous improvements.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Principal Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, US Payroll, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL). The role involves leading end-to-end implementations, solution design, enhancements, and support engagements while partnering with HR and Payroll stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and business-focused Oracle HCM Cloud solutions., * 10-15 years of overall experience in Oracle HCM applications.

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, US Payroll, and OTL.
  • Experience in multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support engagements.
  • Strong understanding of US Payroll legislation, payroll processing, taxation, and compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Payroll Elements, Balances, Costing, Payroll Flows, Fast Formulas, and OTL configurations.
  • Strong functional consulting, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working closely with HR, Payroll, business users, and IT teams.

Good-to-Have

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification.
  • Experience with additional modules - Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation.
  • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party payroll integrations.
  • Experience in global or multi-country Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
  • Presales, solution architecture, and team leadership experience.
