Job description

As a Software Developer, you’ll build and enhance the internal applications used throughout our organization.

Your work will include:

  • Developing and maintaining Windows desktop applications using C# and VB.NET
  • Writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions
  • Designing and improving reports that help drive business decisions
  • Working with large datasets to improve performance and usability
  • Collaborating with business users to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions
  • Troubleshooting application and database issues
  • Participating in code reviews and contributing to development standards and best practices
  • Contributing ideas that improve existing applications and processes

Requirements

We’re looking for a developer who enjoys solving business problems, writing clean code, and working extensively with SQL Server. If you like building applications that make a measurable impact every day, we’d love to talk with you., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Professional experience developing applications using C# and/or VB.NET
  • Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience, including:
  • Complex queries
  • Stored procedures
  • Views
  • Functions
  • Database design fundamentals
  • Experience debugging and maintaining existing applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members

Preferred

  • Experience with WinForms or WPF desktop applications
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI, Crystal Reports, or similar reporting tools
  • Familiarity with Entity Framework
  • Experience optimizing SQL performance
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs
  • Exposure to OCR, document automation, or AI technologies is a plus, * C#
  • VB.NET
