Requirements

Application Support Administrator Required Skills * Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience). * Strong application or systems administration experience. * Windows 10/11 and Microsoft technology experience. * Networking knowledge, including VLAN tagging. * Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. * Experience working directly with software vendors. * Strong documentation and validation mindset. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently. * English fluency. * Driver’s license. * Willingness to travel occasionally. * Able to work onsite five days per week.
