IT Services Technician - Knoxville, TN

This is a Tier I/Tier II position focused primarily on supporting Windows Desktop and Microsoft Office 365. You will work with users over the phone, over remote support sessions, and in-person on-site at our client’s locations as needed. Additionally, you may be asked to help with IT related projects including technology deployments, migrations and upgrades. This position is based at a client location in Knoxville, TN., * Provide IT support to end users via remote support sessions and on-site

• Provide support for Microsoft technologies including Windows and Office 365
• Configure and deploy new laptop and desktop systems
• Document incidents and follow resolution procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Driving?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Strong communication and customer service skills are required

• Must enjoy working as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required
• Ability to solve problems and learn quickly is required
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 is helpful
• Experience with building desktops and troubleshooting hardware issues is helpful
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology related field is preferred
• 1-2 years of previous technical support experience is preferred

• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy a plus

• Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
