Job description

  • Develop and deliver dashboards that provide timely, actionable insights for Army operations
  • Create visualizations that simplify complex data for technical and non-technical users
  • Integrate dashboards into platforms such as SharePoint or other Army systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Maintain documentation, definitions, and consistency of metrics across systems
  • Support data-driven decision-making by presenting clear and meaningful insights
  • Assist in improving data visualization processes and tools, * Supports Army Vantage / Army data modernization initiatives
  • Work involves operational data, analytics, and visualization for decision-making

Requirements

Do you have experience in Power BI?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in:

  • Analytics
  • Information Systems
  • Human-Computer Interaction
  • Design
  • or a related field
  • Active Secret Clearance (required)

Required Experience

  • Experience with:
  • Power BI
  • Data visualization tools
  • Dashboard development
  • Ability to:
  • Build polished, production-ready dashboards
  • Work in collaborative, team-based environments
  • Support operational or analytical use cases

Skills

  • Strong visual design and storytelling skills
  • Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI)
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, * What visualization tools have you used (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), and which are you strongest in?
  • What experience do you have with SQL or other data querying languages?
  • Do you have experience integrating dashboards with platforms like SharePoint or other systems?

Experience:

  • VANTAGE: 5 years (Required)
