Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Agile Project Manager (or Release Train Engineer) (f/m) *to join our 3DX One-platform department *in Toulouse.
You will join the 3DX One-platform Large Solution as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) (f/m). Your delivery scope will cover Airbus Commercial Aircraft (and potentially other Airbus entities), with several stakeholders in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Customer Services, addressing challenges on the New Generation Single Aisle Aircraft Program.

Your challenges:
* Ensure strict application of the SAFe methodology and compliance with Airbus quality standards (M20543 standard) within the Agile Release Train (ART).
* Track the train’s performance indicators, deliver the ART quality plan, and facilitate Inspect & Adapt rituals.
* Collaborate with system architects and Product Managers to align strategy and execution, and drive multi-EPIC roadmap exercises.
* Identify and remove roadblocks, manage risks, and drive critical dependencies with other trains on the platform.
* Monitor the ART budget, manage partners/suppliers, and provide the necessary inputs for resource planning.
Your boarding pass:
* Background in IT, IT project management, or aeronautical engineering.
* Proven and solid experience (min. 10 years) as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or in a large-scale Agile project management role, ideally in a complex industrial or aeronautical environment.
* Deep mastery of the SAFe/Agile framework, IT project management quality standards, as well as knowledge of IT architecture and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
* Strong leadership, excellent communication and collaboration skills, commitment, and resilience in a demanding and multicultural environment.
* Fluent/advanced English is mandatory (international context with teams in Europe and India).
