Job description

  • Take ownership of the company WooCommerce website, ensuring it remains accurate, up to date and operates efficiently.
  • Add and maintain products, categories, manufacturers, pricing, and product information.
  • Manage large volumes of product data, including imports, updates, and discontinued items.
  • Identify and implement improvements to website functionality, navigation, and user experience.
  • Test website updates and work with external developers on technical enhancements.
  • Create and update website content to support business requirements.
  • Monitor website performance, resolve issues and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Work closely with colleagues and our external marketing agency to ensure the website supports wider business activity.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated eCommerce & Website Manager who has strong experience with WordPress and WooCommerce, ideally managing large product catalogues, and be confident working with product data, imports, and website content. You’ll have excellent attention to detail, a logical approach to problem solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy., * Proven experience using WordPress and WooCommerce.

  • Experience managing large product catalogues and product data.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Good understanding of website usability and customer experience.
  • Experience using spreadsheets for data management and product imports.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Confident communicating with external developers and other stakeholders.

Desirable:

  • Experience with WooCommerce product imports and bulk data management.
  • Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, or ERP/CRM platforms.
  • Experience using staging environments and website testing.
