Job description
- Oversee financial planning functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year strategic planning.
- Build and maintain advanced financial models to assess investments, evaluate business performance, and test scenario outcomes.
- Deliver clear, data-driven insights through executive reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Monitor core financial indicators, analyze variances, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Partner with leadership to develop and refine annual budgets and recurring forecast cycles.
- Perform profitability studies and cost-benefit analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly close activities by providing detailed financial analysis and reporting.
- Maintain data accuracy and alignment across financial systems and reports.
- Continuously evaluate market trends and best practices to strengthen the company’s financial strategy and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective communicator capable of presenting complex information clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences.
- Highly organized and detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
