Journeyman Workflow Support Specialist

INTECON is seeking a Journeyman Workflow Support Specialist / Senior Staff Officer (SSO) Support to support the U.S. Air Force A33B Mission Assurance Construct Support (MACS) program by providing workflow enablement and Senior Staff Officer support functions, including cybersecurity-related duties, within a Pentagon SCIF environment., * Perform Senior Staff Officer (SSO) support functions including coordination, task tracking, and executive correspondence

• Support implementation and sustainment of Mission Assurance analytical workflows within the enterprise data platform
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements and DoD 8140 Cyber Workforce standards
• Configure, refine, and document Mission Assurance process workflows
• Support automation of analytical, coordination, and reporting steps within Mission Assurance workflows
• Coordinate with HAF-level stakeholders on tasking, suspenses, and deliverables
• Support lifecycle management of workflows including version control and documentation
• Assist with information security practices and compliance monitoring
• Provide direct office workflow support including document management and administrative processes
• Support governance forums and decision-making processes

• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with caveats. U.S. Citizenship required., * Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited institution
• 3-10 years of experience in staff officer support, workflow management, or related work
• Security Plus (SEC+) Certification at Basic Level (REQUIRED)
• Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) Certification at Basic Level (REQUIRED)
• Experience with enterprise collaboration and workflow tools
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, * Experience supporting Air Force or DoD senior staff operations
• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry or enterprise data platforms
• Prior experience in HAF or MAJCOM-level front office environments
• Knowledge of CATMS or similar task management systems
• Experience with cybersecurity compliance and information assurance
