Tooling Inventory Systems Administrator (Die Room)

Your day starts at 7:00 AM with a quick review of open work orders and system dashboards. You’ll keep the Die Room humming by ensuring every tool is accounted for, orders are accurate and closed on time, and the right equipment is always within reach. By late morning, you’re coordinating supplier quotes and topping off the tooling vending machines. In the afternoon, you’ll complete inventory counts, track specialty tools, and wrap up with data updates so the team is set for tomorrow., * Maintain and update inventory systems to keep records current and accurate

• Enter, manage, and close work orders in a timely manner
• Support tooling checkout and uphold strong inventory control practices
• Replenish and monitor tooling vending machines
• Request and follow up on supplier quotations
• Conduct routine inventory counts
• Monitor and document specialty tools and equipment
• Provide administrative support to the Die Room team
