Workday Enablement BA

We’re seeking a business-focused Workday Business Operations Consultant to support Mutual of Omaha’s Third-Party Enablement team. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, Workday resources, Agile teams, vendors, and clients to ensure Workday initiatives move forward successfully. This is not a technical development role., * Coordinate cross-functional meetings, workstreams, and project activities.

• Gather and document business requirements, decisions, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Support testing efforts, including UAT planning, coordination, defect tracking, and business validation.
• Assist with operational readiness, process documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Partner with business stakeholders, Workday teams, vendors, clients, and Agile Release Train (ART) teams to drive project execution and issue resolution.
• Prepare status updates, stakeholder communications, and implementation support materials.

• Experience supporting Workday initiatives, preferably within HCM and/or Benefits.
• Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating across business, technology, operations, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Ability to document business requirements, processes, risks, and operational impacts.
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, operational readiness, and process documentation.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams., * Experience in benefits administration, insurance, financial services, vendor management, or client-facing support.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments.
