Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of overall related experience with a Windows servers environment (e.g. 2008r2 and 2012r2). Additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree.\n
  • An active TS/SCI security clearance is required for this position.\n
  • Currently possess DoD 8750 certification at least IAT level II, e.g Security+ce.\n
  • Candidate may be asked to obtain CI Poly in future\n
  • Experience with configuration, troubleshooting and maintaining VMware environments.\n
  • Experience with Remote Desktop Services\n
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and experience in other languages like Python.\n
  • Experience with application of security settings and other commercial best practices such as DISA STIGS.\n
  • Experience with Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP)\n
  • Experience with Group Policy Management (GPO) and applying Local Security Policies\n
  • Experience with Windows Task Scheduler\n
  • Experience Managing Active Directory\n
  • Experience with System (hardware) and application (software) installation and configuration.\n
  • Application of security settings and other commercial best practices such as DISA STIGS.\n, * Prior experienced with DISA and DISA’s support to mission partners\n
  • TS/SCI w/CI Poly Preferred\n
  • Integration of Network Management (NM) and Element Management (EM) systems with network performance, trouble ticketing, and security subsystems highly desired.\n
  • Experience with support systems to include enclave Ethernet switches, storage area networks (SAN), and network attached storage (NAS).\n
  • Candidates with a thorough knowledge of networking principles to included TCP/IP a plus.\n
  • Experience with a ticketing system such as BMC Remedy.\n
  • ITIL v3 Foundation certified\n
  • Linux OS experience.\n
  • Solaris OS experience.\n
  • Experience working with virtual environments.\n

  • Create, maintain, and implement detailed documentation for standard systems operating procedures to be used across the enterprise.\n
  • Develop, implement, and monitor policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.\n
  • Analyze available hardware and software from outside vendors and make recommendation for purchase and installation of cost-effective solutions.\n
  • Review work performed by lower-level technical staff.\n
  • Work both independently as well as in coordination with network\n
  • administrators to maintain the smooth operation of a multi-user computer system.\n
