Job description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join the Connected Commerce Technology team within the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Payments domain. This role is primarily focused on modernizing a monolithic application into a microservices-based architecture, with a strong emphasis on front-end development. This is an 80% Front-End / 20% Back-End role where you’ll work closely with UX, product, and engineering teams to build secure, scalable, and high-performing web applications., * Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications using React and TypeScript.

Build secure, high-quality production code and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Contribute to the migration from a monolithic application to a microservices-based architecture.
Collaborate with Product, UX, Design, ADA, Analytics, and Engineering teams.
Develop and maintain automation test suites using Playwright and Selenium.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to software design decisions.
Follow TDD practices and write JUnit test cases using mocking frameworks.
Improve application performance, code quality, and system architecture.

Requirements

3+ years of Full Stack development experience.
Strong experience with React.js and TypeScript.
Experience with Playwright and Selenium automation.
Front-end web development expertise (80% Front-End / 20% Back-End).
Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Understanding of microservices architecture.
Knowledge of TDD, JUnit, and mocking frameworks.
Experience with Webpack, Rollup, and version control systems.
Familiarity with AI development tools.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to Have

AWS experience or knowledge.
Banking or Payments domain experience.
Experience with ADA compliance, UI Design Systems, Cypress, or Content Management Systems.
