Job description

  • Execute software design, development, and troubleshooting with an ability to approach problems beyond routine methods.
  • Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with integrated systems.
  • Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure code meets design constraints.
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize data to develop visualizations and reports that drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify hidden problems and patterns in data to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
  • Contribute to communities of practice and events exploring new and emerging technologies.
  • Support a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.

Requirements

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in front-end web development with React and TypeScript, test automation, and full stack delivery and a proven ability to design, develop, and deploy secure, high-quality production applications., * 80% front-end and 20% back-end experience, with strong front-end web development.

  • Formal training or certification in software engineering and 3+ years of applied experience.
  • Working proficiency across the Full Stack toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
  • Demonstrated expertise with key web technologies and their non-functional requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, UI design systems, ADA compliance, and content management systems.
  • Test automation using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Understanding of TDD for microservices and writing JUnit tests with mocking frameworks, with exposure to Java microservices performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of enterprise web application lifecycle, including Webpack, Rollup, and version control for applications and libraries.
  • Ability to collaborate with product, analytics, accessibility, design, UX, and user research stakeholders.
  • AI tool knowledge applicable to front-end development and productivity.
  • 2-3+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • AWS experience or knowledge.
  • Strong Core Java and Java web application development knowledge., * React: 3 years (Required)
