Job description

This role focuses on advanced engineering, architecture, and troubleshooting of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra solutions within a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable identity and access solutions while serving as a technical mentor and escalation point for complex issues., * Design, implement, and support enterprise Active Directory and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) environments.

  • Lead infrastructure design reviews and contribute to architecture standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex identity, authentication, and access-related issues.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture and support procedures.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners when needed.
  • Mentor junior engineers and review technical work, documentation, and proposed changes.
  • Ensure alignment with security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and continuously improve existing environments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure design, or architecture.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory engineering (on-prem and hybrid environments).
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD).
  • Advanced troubleshooting and production support experience in enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with hybrid identity and modern authentication technologies.
  • Knowledge of server/client architecture and virtual environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in regulated environments (financial services preferred).
