Job description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack web applications
  • Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React/Vue.js
  • Develop robust backend services and APIs using Python
  • Write and maintain Terraform configurations for AWS infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications across the full stack
  • Optimize application performance and scalability
  • Contribute to technical documentation and architectural decisions
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Technical Stack:

  • Frontend: React/Vue.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Backend: Python/NodeJs/TS
  • Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront, etc.)
  • Infrastructure: Terraform, Docker
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
  • Version Control: GitLab

Requirements

Brooksource is searching for a Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our enterprise financial services partner in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks and Python backend development, along with cloud infrastructure experience., * 3+ years’ relevant professional experience, including a background within:

  • Python
  • JavaScript
  • AWS deployments
  • Microservices, * Experience with TypeScript
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.)
  • Understanding of security best practices and OWASP guidelines
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest)
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows
