Job description

Location: Central Pennsylvania (must reside in PA) - mostly remote, with occasional on-site meetings (roughly quarterly) Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 (up to $80K DOE)

About the Role

Join a growing analytics team helping business leaders make smarter, faster decisions. You’ll build the dashboards and reports that stakeholders rely on every day, and help shape how the organization uses its data.

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with business stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, using DAX and Power Query for data modeling
  • Write and tune SQL queries; support data pipeline and integration work alongside a BI developer
  • Apply data warehousing concepts (e.g., star/snowflake schema) and manage report security, refresh schedules, and performance
  • Maintain documentation, data dictionaries, and glossaries; support broader adoption of self-service reporting
  • Handle ad hoc analysis requests and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or business analysis
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards/reports in Power BI
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Working knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data governance concepts
  • Strong communication skills, including comfort presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
