Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID (Azure AD) Aministrator

Looking for experienced Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID (Azure AD) Administrator to support a large, multi-domain, multi-tenant identity environment. This role is responsible for supporting hybrid identity environments, including secure authorization and compliance across on-premises and cloud-based systems. The ideal candidate has recent technical expertise in AD and Entra ID, strong security awareness, proven troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience supporting enterprise-scale identity solutions. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory including users, groups, file share permissions, and other enterprise platforms.

• Provision and de-provision of access across multiple systems
• Act as an escalation point for security problems not resolved by the IT Service Desk
• Ensure compliance and adherence with corporate security controls and standards
• Analyze and resolves problems with user and/or data access. Proactively identifies basic security problems and presents/develops solutions
• Participate in data clean-up efforts with direction from management. Performs Active Directory data updates and normalization

Bachelor’s degree / University degree 2+ years of IT experience with B.A or B.S. Familiarity with ITSM tools (E.g.
