Senior Data Analyst (Power BI / SQL)-[W2 ROLE]

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting enterprise reporting and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, Data Warehousing, SSRS, Power Apps, and Power Automate to develop reporting solutions, interactive dashboards, and data-driven insights that support business decision-making. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries against Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI Service and Power BI Desktop.
• Build and maintain Paginated Reports using Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Create advanced calculations and measures using DAX and MDX.
• Develop business applications using Power Apps and automate workflows with Power Automate.
• Query and analyze data from SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) Tabular and Multidimensional models.
• Support and enhance enterprise data warehouse solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Project Management, Resource Management, and IT teams to deliver reporting solutions.
• Document reporting processes, data models, and warehouse structures.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities.

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL (Oracle and/or SQL Server).
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of DAX and MDX.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Experience developing solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience working with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and working directly with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Energy or Utilities industry.
• Knowledge of Finance or Project Management reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile project environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting and analytics platforms.
