We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to design and develop high-performance, low-latency trading platforms supporting real-time execution algorithms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, distributed microservices, cloud technologies, and capital markets while building scalable solutions that meet strict performance, risk, and regulatory requirements. Required

8+ years of Java development experience.
Core Java (Java 17+).
Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
Microservices Architecture.
AWS Cloud Services.
Apache Kafka, Solace, or Aeron messaging.
Docker and Kubernetes.
Multithreading, Concurrency, and Java Memory Model.
SQL, NoSQL, Redis, or Hazelcast.
CI/CD using Jenkins or GitLab CI.

Requirements

Strong Core Java (Java 17+) experience is mandatory.
Hands-on experience building high-throughput trading platforms is required.
Strong Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and AWS experience is mandatory.
Capital Markets / Trading domain experience is required.
Low-latency and algorithmic trading experience is highly preferred., * Trading Platform or Capital Markets experience.
Algorithmic Trading and Smart Order Routing (SOR).
Order Management, Execution, Clearing, and Settlement lifecycle.
Market Data (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3).
