Job description
Tri-Area Community Health is seeking an eClinicalWorks EBO Report Writer & IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, transforming healthcare data into meaningful information, and helping others through technology. Approximately 70% of this role focuses on developing reports, analyzing healthcare data, and delivering actionable insights from eClinicalWorks, while the remaining time provides general IT support across our organization.
You will work closely with leadership, clinical staff, and our IT department to provide the information needed to improve patient care, support regulatory reporting, and make informed business decisions.

What You’ll Do
eClinicalWorks Reporting & Data Analysis
· Develop, maintain, and optimize reports using eClinicalWorks EBO.
· Analyze healthcare data to support leadership decision-making.
· Create reports for quality improvement, grants, compliance, and operational needs.
· Work with departments to identify reporting requirements.
· Document report logic and maintain reporting standards.
· Assist with UDS, HEDIS, and other FQHC reporting initiatives.
IT Support
· Troubleshoot computers, printers, scanners, and software issues.
· Support Microsoft 365 applications, email, and end-user technology.
· Configure new computers and user accounts.
· Provide remote and on-site technical support.
· Install and maintain desktop hardware and peripherals.
· Document and resolve support tickets.
· Assist with telehealth technology and clinic IT projects.
· Travel between clinic locations as needed.
Requirements
Required
· Strong computer troubleshooting skills.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
· Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical tasks associated with installing, moving, and supporting computer equipment.
Preferred
· Experience writing reports using eClinicalWorks EBO.
· Experience with eClinicalWorks EHR.
· Healthcare or FQHC experience.
· Experience with SQL or report writing tools.
· Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
· Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+.
