SAP Functional Analyst

We are seeking an SAP Source-to-Pay (STP) Functional Analyst to support and optimize SAP procurement solutions across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle. This role partners with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams to analyze business requirements, configure SAP solutions, support SAP-Coupa integrations, and drive process improvements., * Analyze business requirements and deliver SAP functional solutions.

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Procurement and SAP MM modules.
• Support Source-to-Pay (STP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice verification, vendor and contract management.
• Maintain and support SAP-Coupa integration.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.
• Perform FUT, SIT, and UAT testing.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support system enhancements.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and provide end-user support.

• 3-7+ years of SAP functional experience in Procurement, Source-to-Pay, or Procure-to-Pay.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Procurement, SAP MM, and Coupa Procure-to-Pay.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and purchasing business processes.
• Experience gathering business requirements, SAP configuration, testing, and production support.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• SAP Fiori, SAP Business Workflow, IDocs, APIs, and EDI integration.
• SAP MM or SAP S/4HANA Procurement certification.
• Experience supporting global procurement organizations and SAP-Coupa integration environments.
