SAP Source-to-Pay (STP) Functional Analyst

We’‘re seeking an SAP Source-to-Pay (STP) Functional Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize SAP procurement solutions across the full Source-to-Pay lifecycle. You’‘ll be the functional expert bridging the business - Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT - and the SAP platform, gathering requirements, configuring SAP, writing functional specs, and driving solutions through testing and into production. A key focus of this role is the integration between SAP and Coupa.

This role is as much about drive as it is about SAP. You’‘ll lead stakeholder discussions, push issues to resolution, and come back with actionable outcomes - so strong communication and a sense of urgency are essential.

What You’‘ll Do

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions
• Configure and maintain SAP procurement functionality across Source-to-Pay processes - requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice verification, vendor and contract management, sourcing events
• Support and maintain SAP-Coupa integration for procurement and Source-to-Pay
• Create functional specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, forms, and workflows
• Partner with SAP technical developers and integration teams to implement custom solutions
• Conduct system testing - Functional Unit Testing (FUT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Troubleshoot production issues across SAP and Coupa, coordinating resolution
• Support integration with other SAP modules - Finance, Warehouse Management, Sales, Manufacturing - and external procurement platforms
• Develop training materials, provide end-user support, and maintain functional and configuration documentation

• Bachelor’’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 3-7+ years of SAP functional experience supporting procurement or Source-to-Pay processes
• Hands-on SAP configuration experience in one or more of: SAP S/4HANA Procurement, SAP Materials Management (MM), Coupa Procure-to-Pay, SAP Supplier Lifecycle Management, or SAP Invoice Management
• Strong understanding of procurement business processes (three-way match, invoice processing, spend analysis, master data)
• Experience integrating SAP with Coupa or other procurement platforms
• Experience gathering/documenting requirements and with SAP testing methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, results-driven approach

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
• Experience implementing or supporting Coupa Procure-to-Pay
• SAP Fiori, SAP Business Workflow
• Experience with IDocs, EDI, APIs, and middleware integrations
• Experience in multi-company or multi-country / global procurement environments
• SAP certification in SAP MM or SAP S/4HANA Procurement
