Job description
The Dynamics 365 CE Product Owner will be responsible for the ongoing configuration, enhancement, support, and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales platform. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that align with organizational goals., * Align Dynamics 365 CE capabilities with business objectives, strategic initiatives, and operational priorities.
- Design, configure, test, and support Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) enhancements and functionality.
- Create and maintain custom entities, forms, workflows, and other platform configurations.
- Support integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other enterprise business applications.
- Perform system administration activities including data imports, exports, and user support.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve performance and usability.
- Support data migration initiatives while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable solutions.
- Provide guidance on system design, implementation strategies, and best practices.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, enhancements, reports, and system changes.
- Assist with training and knowledge transfer for end users and internal teams.
- Stay current on Dynamics 365 CE releases, product enhancements, and industry trends.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings hands-on Dynamics 365 CE experience, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions., * 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE configuration, administration, and system support.
- Experience supporting CRM enhancements, integrations, and business process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred., * Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst Associate.
- Experience serving as a Product Owner, CRM Administrator, or Business Applications Analyst.
- Experience supporting enterprise application integrations.
- Immediate availability preferred.
