D365 Senior ERP Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager leads end-to-end Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations, specifically focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This remote role with travel expectations drives project success by orchestrating timelines, budgets, scope, and multidisciplinary delivery teams while building strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Direct the full software development lifecycle for D365 F&O deployments, managing project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
• Facilitate operational reviews and executive meetings to translate complex client business needs into structured functional requirements and solution architectures.
• Establish robust project governance, leading cross-functional delivery teams, managing risk mitigation plans, and guiding stakeholders through issue escalations and resolutions.

• 7+ years of experience directly managing enterprise software implementation deployments (Dynamics 365 F&O or CE/CRM preferred).
• Proven track record within a professional services consultancy, applying IT implementation methodologies across all phases from discovery through post-go-live support.

• Bachelor’s degree, authorization to work in the US without sponsorship, and ability to travel 25-50% as required. Preferred Qualifications

• Active PMP Certification along with hands-on experience using Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Deep domain knowledge or functional experience within the manufacturing or distribution sectors.
• Demonstrated servant-leadership capabilities with strong executive presentation, consensus-building, and client-facing relationship management skills.
