Job description

We are seeking a customer-focused and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to join our growing IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting end users, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced business environment. As the first point of contact for technical support, you will provide day-to-day assistance to employees across a wide range of hardware, software, and business applications. Working closely with senior IT professionals, you will help ensure smooth technology operations while gaining valuable experience with modern enterprise systems and infrastructure. This role offers excellent opportunities for professional development and long-term career growth., * Serve as the primary point of contact for employee IT support requests.

  • Provide friendly, professional technical support to end users across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and application issues.
  • Support both Windows and macOS desktop and laptop environments.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain new employee workstations.
  • Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • Support Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other business applications.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Troubleshoot mobile devices, including iPhones, Android devices, and tablets.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and equipment records.
  • Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when appropriate.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support conference room technology and audio-visual equipment.
  • Participate in office moves, workstation setups, and equipment relocations.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve support processes and user experience.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service while ensuring timely issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 1 3 years of IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience.
  • Experience supporting both Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with hardware installation, software deployment, and peripheral device support.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation skills.
  • Dependable, proactive, and eager to continuously learn new technologies.
