Process Engineer Aerospace

FlexForce Employment Professionals is recruiting a Process Engineer for an established aerospace manufacturing client. This position is responsible for improving manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics processes while driving operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, SAP, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve manufacturing and warehouse processes
• Develop process maps and standardized work instructions
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma improvement projects
• Identify production bottlenecks and reduce waste
• Support SAP production planning, inventory, and logistics
• Analyze operational data and create performance reports
• Improve warehouse layouts and material flow
• Assist with inventory accuracy and cycle count improvements
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, IT, and Production teams
• Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• Manufacturing engineering experience
• Lean Manufacturing experience
• Six Sigma knowledge preferred
• SAP experience preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience working in production or warehouse environments
